Thanks for the analysis of the situation.  One look told me the proposed
peer group was unrealistic, but not just how unrealistic.

Even the current peer group seems to me not to compare all that well
with UTC, but the new proposed group is clearly much less of a match.
Or, to put it more bluntly, not a match at all for our
size/location/mission.

Why didn't they just make UTC's peer group consist of East Ridge High
School, Red Bank High School, CSAS, etc. and be done with it.  It would
make about as much sense as this list.
