SUBJECT:       Faculty Senate Meeting


The regular meeting of the Faculty Senate will be held in the Signal
Mountain Room of the University Center at 3:00 p.m. on December 2,
2004.  This is an open meeting to which all interested parties are welcome.

Note to presenters:  Please consider using visual aids.  The room commonly
used for Senate meetings contains a computer, a VCR, and a projector for
computer and VCR images.  If you need a document camera to project paper
images, please make arrangements through Media Resources.

Note:  Only faculty members and members of the Senate receive attachments.

       b.        Status of the Faculty Senate Secretary in the Executive
Committee
         Proposal:  If the Faculty Senate Secretary (typically selected by
the President with the approval of the        Senate) is not a member of
the Senate, then the Secretary is to be an ex officio (non-voting) member
of         the Executive Committee

       c.        Faculty Meeting Quorum
         Proposal:   The quorum for a faculty meeting is to be 100.  Action
at faculty meetings is to be taken   only on         items posted on the
advance agenda.
