Terry,

I think you misunderstood. Several of us were talking about driving normal
speed down the road and being caught unaware.

The new brick pathways are not visibly set apart, especially when the road
isn't flat........ it's not easy to tell until you're up on it, literally.

As for students crossing roads, I always stop.

Are you saying that the drivers must be dangerous since they have mentioned
the missing markings on the new speed bumps? Maybe the DOT could save
money by not putting up signs at 90 degree angled curves........... After
all, isn't is obvious that the curve is there?

Safe driving,

debra dickerson

I feel that if anyone is driving fast enough to think that these rather mild
speed bumps are a big deal then they are driving much too fast in those
areas. There are lots of students crossing the roads near these speed bumps.
I think that someone should randomly move speed bumps around to teach the
dangerous drivers to drive more carefully.
