Remember Weight Watchers At UTC has their first meeting on Wednesday,
January 31, 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM in the UC Sequoyah Room. Please plan on
joining us if you are looking for a support group that can help you battle
weight problems. 

If you have questions concerning membership fees or need additional
information, please do not hesitate to contact me. 

Spring is just around the corner.  By the time it arrives - You can look and
feel like a different person.  Don't delay.
