UTC Professors Discuss "Gangs" on Point of View

  In reference to the recent shootings in Chattanooga which have been
labeled as "Gang Related," Dr. Helen Eigenberg, professor and head of the
criminal justice department and Dr. Jean Howard-Hill, political science
professor, will discuss issues surrounding gang behavior, on Point of View,
which airs on WDEF-TV, Channel 12, at 5:30am., this Sunday.  The show will
also air on Comcast Cable 3, at 9pm, on the following Tuesday and Friday
evenings.    The studio audience will be students who are participating in
the University's Governor's School.
