Please consider the following hints during the final exam period.

Only students that have brought a letter from the Office for Students with
Disabilities are eligible for accommodations. CAP (College Access Program)
students do not automatically qualify for accommodations.

Final exams will be administered at the scheduled exam period - with the
exception of exams for night classes.

Do not alter the format of the exam unless you have received a letter from
the Office for Students with Disabilities that the change is an appropriate
accommodation. Outlines, notes, open book, etc. should not be permitted
unless this option is available to the entire class.

The academic standard of the course should not be modified for a student
with disabilities.

Extended time (time and a half) may be provided through the testing rooms
in our offices or you may offer the extended time in your office or in the
classroom.

Thank you for the assistance and cooperation received this semester. If you
have any questions, please contact me.
