Sorry for the confusion yesterday. Tapping Multiple Intelligences in the
Classroom is really TODAY!
Ever wondered how to reach more students in your discipline? The research
on multiple intelligences indicates that we all have eight different
intelligences, and that by tapping into these we can increase learning in
the classroom. The Walker Teaching Resource Center will conduct a
seminar/discussion on "Tapping Multiple Intelligences in the Classroom" on
Tuesday, September 28, 3:15 - 4:15 pm in the Hiwassee Room of the
University Center. This session will review the eight intelligences and
discuss ways to incorporate strategies in the classroom to help students.
If you can't attend this session, it will be repeated on Wednesday, October
6, 3:00 - 4:00 pm (Hiwassee Room), and Thursday, October 14, 11:00 - 12:00
pm (Hiwassee Room).
