The posted speed limit *IS* 25...everyone is speeding! One of two things
needs to happen. Either law enforcement sits out there in the morning
enforcing the speed limit and the lane law, OR the bus/bike lane needs to
go. I tend to agree with Joe Dumas...dump the bus lane, its not working.
