I have digital thermostat for sale.  It is a LuxPro PSD 100.  It will work for 1 stage heat, 2 stage cool and a single stage heat pump.  Not too hard to install...almost like new (still had packaging and directions).  Not programmable.  Only used 9 months.  Cost: $10.  Email me or leave a message at 5296.
