ASIS (Automated Student Information System) BASIC Training will be offered
on September 12, 3:00 - 4:00 pm  and September 14, 12:00 - 1:00 pm in the
UC Sequoyah Room.  These are the last pre-schedule ASIS Basic training
sessions schedule for this fall semester.  No pre-registration is required
for ASIS Basic Training.

ASIS Basic Training provides an overview of the Automated Student
Information System (ASIS) used by UTC for student schedules, class rolls,
open/closed class information, and basic student information.  After
attending one of these sessions and submitting the appropriate approvals,
participants may be eligible for limited access to the system.

ASIS ADVANCED Training offers hands-on training and access to student
Report of Academic Progress (RAP) sheets and the enroll functions of the
system.  You must attend ASIS Basic Training before attending ASIS Advanced
classes.  Because of limited seating in the lab, you MUST pre-register for
the Advanced Training sessions.
Advanced ASIS Training are scheduled for the following times.  Please call
or e-mail if you would like to register.  All sessions are conducted in 321
Lupton Library.
        September 17, 2001, 3:00 - 5:00 pm
        September 25, 2001, 3:00 - 5:00 pm
        September 27, 2001, 9:00 - 11:00 am
        October 8, 2001, 3:00 - 5:00 pm
        October 18, 2001, 9:00 - 11:00 am
        October 19, 2001, 3:00 - 5:00 pm
