As an alternative, you might want to urge your elected leaders to
consider the much more popular solution that has produced far better
funding for higher education for our neighbors to the south in Georgia
than we have in Tennessee.  Adopting, or at least allowing the people
to vote on adopting, this solution could render a tax increase
unneccessary.
