Allen Weir will deliver this year's Connor lecture at 7:00 p.m. Monday,
September 27, in the Roland Hayes Concert Hall.  The lecture is free and
open to the public.  Earlier in the day, Weir will speak at 3:00 p.m. in
the Flag Room of Guerry.  This is also a public event.

Weir is a highly acclaimed novelist and short story writer who was recently
inducted into the Fellowship of Southern Writers.
