I have an unusual problem with my car that I wondered if anyone could help
me with. I have a Chrysler Cirrius.

This morning I found the wheel locked because the tires were turned - and I
could not turn the key in the ignition.

This has happened several times in the past several weeks. I had a neighbor
try to disengage it by turning the wheel in the other direction but he could
not disengage it either. The key will not turn in the lock. The steering
wheel is firmly locked.

Do you think I will have to have the car towed to a mechanic?

Thanks for your help.

Mary
