Per Fiscal Policy FI0805 (link above)

"4. Tennessee's Little Hatch Act prohibits the use of university resources
on behalf of any party, committee, agency, or candidate for political
office (Tennessee Code Annotated 2-19-206). Therefore, employees should not
use university computers, printers, letterhead, e-mail and surface mail
systems, facilities, or other resources to endorse specific political
candidates."

Copying and posting on Raven an editorial endorsing a candidate may be a
violation of this policy.

However, I believe announcements of upcoming rallies are informational and
are probably ok.
