On Monday, July 1, summer school classes will be held.  Repeat,
summer school classes will be held.

However, a University closing necessitated by the state budget
deliberations requires that only those employees who have been
contacted by their supervisors as part of the essential skeleton crew
should report for work.  All other employees on both restricted and
unrestricted accounts must not report to work and will be sent home
if they do.

IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY YOUR SUPERVISOR AS PART OF THE
ESSENTIAL SERVICES CREW OR YOU ARE NOT TEACHING SUMMER CLASSES, THEN
YOU SHOULD NOT REPORT TO WORK.

Repeat:  Classes will be held, but most UTC personnel should not
report to work.  Please continue to monitor the local media, campus
email,  and the UTC website for up to date information.
