Raven is such a wonderful source of information!  I must ask pardon for
being ill-informed.  Since our department is one of those that still sends
our timesheets to disbursements for processing, I was not understanding the
jist of Neal Wormsley's recent email.  I'm glad that the powers-that-be are
looking out for us...this is a pleasant change!  Thanks to everybody that
responded to set me straight!
