Why should the burden of increased taxes always be on the property owners? The wheel tax helps property owners by taxing people who rent and do not own property. If the wheel tax is opposed, the county commissioners *will* raise the property tax. I for one do not want my property tax raised. The fair tax increase is the wheel tax because it covers a broader tax base.

Please think about this if you are a property owner before you sign this petition!
