Hi,
Has anyone stoked up their wood burning stove during these past cool
nights?
I would like to run some experiments with using wood ash as a glaze core
with the upper division ceramics classes, but only have one small
garbage can of last year's ashes. Thought I'd put a call out to see if
there were wood burners among us.
Soft woods, hard woods, fruit woods or a mixture of woods would all
work. Ashes contaminated with burned paper, trash or bones won't work.
Please contact me off the list if you can help. Thanks
