Dinner at the Faculty Club will be available before the performance of I
Musici de Montreal on Friday night Feburary 19th.

        The Menu is as follows:

        Entrees:

        Chicken Wellington - Mediera Sauce

        Veg. entree of:
        Fetuccine w/Leeks & Wild Mushrooms and Sage Cream

        Sides:

        Pecan Rice
        French Green Beans
        Green Salad w/Sherry Vinaigrette

        Desserts:

        Brandied Pears w/White Caramel Sauce
        Lemon Coconut Cake

        A Cash Bar Will Be Available For Faculty Club Members and Their Guests.

Cost: $16.00 plus tax per person (gratuity included)
