Subject: Commencement Marshals - Spring 2006

The spring Commencement ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, May 7,
2006, at 2 p.m. in the arena.  For this ceremony, approximately 26 marshals
will be needed. Will you be able to help? In the event that more than 26
faculty members volunteer, I will try to have representation for all areas
of the faculty. I will let you know, as soon as possible, whether or not
your assistance will be needed for this Commencement.

Please let me know, at your earliest convenience, whether or not you can
serve.
