Campus Community Health ALERT!!

It has been confirmed by an employee of Aramark that a dead rat was found
in the salad being served last evening at a Softball Tournment Banquet.
There is some controversy concerning whether the rat was from Sisco or
Aramark. It really is not important where the rat came from. Whether the
rodent was packaged at Sisco or living at Aramark, the concern is the
health issue it raises to the campus community. My question - How is the
food being handled in Aramark, because not only was there a dead rodent
found, but the salad was obviously not properly washed since the rodent was
not discovered.

I'm sure every one will agree, that it is the job of Aramark and the Health
Department to ensure the safety and the proper handling of food served to
not only the campus community, but visitors as well.

Is this not being done?
