Thanks Suzie for that reminder to update information in the on-line
directory. A lot of people use this directory to get phone numbers or
campus addresses. I create each entry but I do not maintain them. It is
the responsibility of each person to keep their information current. This
is real easy to do and I have explained how to do this in the next paragraph.
To update information:
Go to: http://www.utc.edu/phonebook
Click on Change Information
Enter the alias or GEM, for example: Brenda-Cummings (do NOT enter the
@utc.edu)
Enter the password
Click on Login
Update any incorrect information
Click on Change Information
To check the changes, click on your name that is highlighted in blue after

Could the secretaries or someone in each department look up your department
in the on-line phone directory and see if any information needs to be
updated. To
do this, go to http://www.utc.edu/phonebook
Scroll down to find your department in the Department box
Click on Search
Scroll through the employees listed and email me at [log in to unmask]
to give me any names that no longer work at UTC or are no longer in your
department. Please specify if gone or moved to another department.
