The State of Tennessee and MedAmerica has announced that the open
enrollment period for participation in the Long Term Care Program has been
extended until June 30, 2003.

As has previously been announced, the State of Tennessee is making
available a new optional long term care insurance plan. The plan will be
available to employees, retirees, their eligible dependents (ages 18 - 24),
parents, and parents-in-law. The plan will be effective July 1, 2003 and
will be
administered by MedAmerica Insurance Company.
