I made the mistake of renting a home that needed repairs that  weren't completed by move in time, so I'm looking to move yet again. I'm  in need of a small 1-2 bedroom home/apartment/duplex for rent with low deposit; affordable on a low end utc staff salary. It's only my daughter and I and our small dog.
