Guidance on implementation of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act:
(IDEA 1997 Federal Regulations)  This is a repeat of the March 3, 1999
teleconference.

Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) and the Office of Special Education
Programs (OSEP)  and the Linking Partnerships for the Implementation of IDEA

Featuring Judith Heumann, Assistant Secretary, OSERS
and Thomas Hehir, Director, OSEP

These telecasts are designed to help parents and practitioners in states,
districts and local schools, this series of 2 teleconferences will address
key issues surrounding effective implementation of IDEA 1997.
Participants will also have an opportunity to ask questions.  The
teleconferences provide an opportunity to obtain current information about
IDEA '97 and to get answers to your questions from officials responsible
for implementing the statute and the regulations.
