During the General Faculty Meeting yesterday Faculty Senate President
Richard Rice pointed out that under the new EDO guidelines those receiving a
rating of "below expectations" will not be eligible for any across-the-board
raises granted by the State.



   I submit that those raises probably also will be "below expectations."
