UTC Folks

I would not normally send something like this out, however, it looks like one of my neighbors abandoned his puppy.

The family moved roughly 2mths ago and a neighbor who knew them cannot locate them either.  We have both been trying to take care of him, but now that we realized his owner's are not coming back for him, we're trying to find him a good home.

He is roughly 5mths old, will be a medium sized dog, short hair, tan/brown, VERY friendly.  Wonderful with kids!  My 14mth old LOVES him. Gets along well with cats as well (we think the family must have had cats as well). Unfortunately, I don't have the yard or means to keep him myself.  We think his name is Roscoe.
