Just a reminder....academic departments are requested to forward to Records
and Registration corrections to instructor names for the fall semester as
soon as possible.  Please include the first two initials and last name on
all changes.  The UTC statistical date (14th day) is Sunday, September 5
and we would like to have all corrections made before that date.  Thanks,
