Time for biweekly and monthly employees has been entered into the IRIS Time
Entry System since IRIS went live in January 2002. Entering of time has
been done by designated departments and Payroll. With the merging of
Payroll with
Personnel Services to form the Office of Human Resources, time entry has
been rolled out for individual units to enter and approve time.

An "open lab" will be held on Friday, June 27 from 9 - 11 a.m. for the
biweekly pay period ending June 29. An "open lab" will be held on Friday,
July 11 from 9 - 11 a.m. for biweekly pay period ending July 13 and for
monthly time entry for June. Both labs will be offered in the Human
Resources Training Lab (across the hall from Human Resources).

If attending, please bring your IRIS user ID/password and time sheets for
your area. Trainers will be available to assist you. Registration is not
necessary. If you have questions regarding this training, please contact
