2. Proposal to integrate oral communication and intensive writing into
Foreign Languages majors
3. Catalog description of General Education
(GE Comm members: this was in last meeting's packet)
4. Special cases for general education: high placement, fractional
transfer credits, post-baccs, integrated requirements and students who
switch majors, clarifications of Green Book statements. (See attached.)
5. Recommendation from the Implementation Committees: Students are to be
required to complete the gen ed mathematics requirement within the first 60
attempted hours of college level work (excluding developmental courses
receiving institutional credit). Note: this does not pertain to the
statistics requirement.
