Low-tech winemaking demo with Sandor Ellix Katz - 6pm central

Wine-tasting - 7pm central

Wine in the Woods is a FUNdraising event
for SVI members only.  A tax-deductible donation for the wine-tasting 
event is
requested.  We suggest a $25 per person, $40 per pair, donation or 
more.  If you are not a member, but would like to attend, you may join 
before the event.  Memberships are $15 and up.

The wine-tasting showcases homemade, regional and organic wines 
accompanied by vegan and vegetarian hors d'ouvres.
 
NEW THIS YEAR:
Sandor Ellix Katz,
author of the
cookbook,
Wild Fermentation,
will be offering a
workshop on
LOW-TECH WINEMAKING
before the wine-tasting begins.
Participants should bring a large
glass jar.  Let us know if you plan
to attend this free workshop.
