Since I have accepted a new position, I will be putting my house on the
market (mid to late June depending on housing in Boone, NC) It is a 3 BR
ranch (1700 sf) with living rm, DR, kitchen, 2 full baths, 16X20 FmRm and a
12 X 20 enclosed 3 season porch off the DR. The house has been almost
redone in the last 6 yrs - new roof, new heat and air, new counters, new
vinyl (kitchen and baths), new carpet master BR and Fm Rm, seamless
gutters,and perennial gardens around the entire house. There is a large
fenced back yard which backs up to a wooded area with lots of "critters" -
birds, bunnies, squirrels etc. The subdivision has a one way in and out so
there is no thru traffic and it is peaceful and quiet. My yard has been
designated as a backyard habitat as I have water, food and lodging for the
various birds that live around me. It takes me 16 minutes to get to UTC and
the taxes are low due to being in the county. I am 6 miles from
