The library has just hired a new staff member. She is moving here from
Auburn in about a month and is currently looking for a place to live.
Below, she has described her ideal. Please contact her directly if
you're aware of anything that fits the bill.

Thanks!
Andrea

-----------------------------

Andrea,
I'm leaving behind here a cozy and much loved bungalow that I've
lavished love on for 12 years. Needless to say, I am sorely pained to
leave it and my garden behind. I don't expect to find its equal on the
first move, but what I am looking for is a 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 bath house
with a little yard for somewhere in the $500-550 range. I prefer to be
located north of the river between the foot of Signal (my old stomping
grounds) and west of Hixson (North River, Red Bank, Ashland Terrace
area). I know that narrows it considerably so I may have to extend my
location for now. But considering that I would be driving home late at
night I prefer to be as close to UTC as possible.
I've got a couple of possibilities from the newspaper but any
additional sources would be helpful.
Thanks for the offer of help.
Cheryl
