Foods of the New World

Have you ever wondered how the chilies conquered the globe?  Learn this and
other historical facts about foods as you prepare meals from the new world.
From potatoes to tomatoes to crazy turkey and other tidbits, you will learn
while enjoying wonderful dishes.  $30 supply fee to be paid to instructor
first night of class.

Photographing Family & Friends 

Instructors: Tom & Pat Cory

This workshop will explore tips and techniques for taking people pictures.
The emphasis is on environmental portraiture rather than studio work.  We
will discuss posing, photographic technique, and equipment.  This workshop
is great for people who want to learn how to take better, more meaningful
pictures of family and friends.  Traditional film and digital photographers
will find it equally helpful.

Come learn the basics of playing the guitar.  Learn basic chords, basic
rhythm patterns, and note reading.  This fun class is a great introduction
for beginners as well as a refresher for those with limited guitar
experience.  You must bring a guitar to class.  $10 fee to be paid to
instructor on the first night of class for book.

If you are interested in learning how to play the guitar right away, but
don't want the expense of private lessons, this beginner course if for you!
In three hours, you can begin strumming and singing songs you want to play.
After playing guitar for forty years with some of the industry's best known
artists, Will has developed what has been called, "the easiest guitar
playing instruction ever developed."  So, register for this class and begin
making your dream of playing and singing a reality!  Guitar not required.
