The second round of Instructional Excellence Grant Proposals are due Monday
January 31, 2005  at 5pm.

NOTE: Take special note of the change in process.

All full-time faculty are invited to submit a proposal for Instructional
Excellence Grants. The Instructional Excellent Grant Program Goals,
Guidelines, and Proposal Forms are located at:

You must use the current form that is posted on this website. Submit one
hard copy and one electronic copy of the proposal. The hard copy of the
proposal (including the department head signature) must be received in
Davenport 302 in the Physical Therapy Department office (Dept #3253)
designated for June Hanks (chairperson of Instructional Excellence
Committee) by the 5:00 pm deadline. The electronic copy (without a cover
sheet) should be sent as a WORD or pdf attachment to the email account of
June Hanks

and must also be received by the 5pm deadline. In the subject heading of
the email, type the words "IE proposal" and your name. The message box
should include your name and the title of your proposal.
Proposals received after the deadline and proposals that are not on the
current forms will not be considered for this round of funding.

IE Proposal Round 2 deadline: Monday January 31, 2005 at 5pm
Award Amounts: up to $1,500 individual - and to $3,000 for groups
Eligibility: full-time faculty

(All grant recipients are expected to submit an evaluation on their
projects after they are completed).

The 2004-2005 Instructional Excellence Committee members are Karen Adsit,
Janetta Bradley, June Hanks (chair), Jim Henry, Melanie McCoskey, Stacy
Ray, Kit Rushing, Chris Ryan, Jocelyn Sanders, Judy Wakim, Joe Wilferth. We
look forward to reviewing the proposals!
