I now work a second job from 6:00 to 10:00 pm because I cannot live on the
salary UTC pays me.
Believe me it really hurts to have that $20.00 a month taken out of my
check. I would like understand why UTC can't offer their employees a decent
dental plan. The present plan that UTC does have is applicable to employees
who make under 18K. I cannot afford to have money taken out of my paycheck
for a dental plan because my pay is practically gone the day I get it. I
now need to have some dental work and I have no idea how I am going to pay
for it. So much for UTC benefits. I really feel that staff employees who
make under $18K should received
a discount for parking fees. Believe its no laughing matter when you have
to bring your lunch every day and work until 10:00.

Mary
