Just called 311 and they will pick-up microwave ovens.  However, you must
live within Chattanooga,  they ask that you place item out before 7 AM the
day of pick-up.  The operator does ask for name, daytime phone and home
address.  You do not have to place item in blue bag.  Their coming tomorrow
sometime.
