A list of the December 2001 graduation candidates was delivered to each
academic department this morning.  We ask that department heads please make
this list available to faculty for their review prior to the Faculty
Meeting tomorrow afternoon.

There are a limited number of extra copies available.  Please contact me or
stop by the Records Office (124 Hooper Hall) if you would like your own
copy.  There will also be a few additional copies available at the Faculty
Meeting.

Once again, this measure was initiated to decrease the substantial costs of
printing a list that we update on a daily basis.  Please contact me if you
have questions or concerns about any of the graduation candidates listed.
