The Office of Grants and Program Review invites you to attend a workshop
focusing on grant opportunities at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Drs. Henry Spratt and Ann Stapleton, both of whom have been funded by USDA
and served as members of USDA proposal review panels, will provide insight
into research and equipment grant opportunities at USDA.

USDA funds both fundamental research and mission-linked research (research
on specifically identified agricultural problems).  Proposals must be
relevant to one of the following broad priority areas: 

·Natural Resources and the Environment 	
·Nutrition, Food Safety, and Health 
·Animals                              	
·Pest Biology and Management 
·Plants                                               	
·Markets, Trade, and Rural Development 
·Enhancing Value and Use of Agricultural      and Forest Products ·Agricultural
Systems Research

Location:       Fortwood Room, University Center
