'REQUEST FOR STUDENT PERSONNEL' forms were sent out today.  You should have
yours in campus mail by the end of the week.

For those of you who may be unfamiliar with the form, this is the vehicle
for departments to request student assistants from the Federal Work Study
and Academic Service Scholarship programs.

Please be brief but concise with your job descriptions.  You may copy the
form as needed. Remember, if you have the same job that several students
perform (ex: lab assistants) fill out one form for that job and indicate
the number of students who will be needed to perform that job in the space
provided.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.  AND if
you want to request student assistants and you did not receive a form, let
me know and I will be glad to send you one.

The requests are due back in my office by April, 16.  Thanks for your help.
