SUBJECT:        EMPLOYEE RELATIONS COMMITTEE ELECTIONS

All regular non-exempt employees (full-time and part-time) were mailed
ballots for the ERC elections last week. We encourage you to demonstrate
your support for the Employee Relations Committee at UTC by selecting one
individual you wish to represent you for the next two years. If you have
not already done so, please return your ballot to Melanie Sadler, Personnel
Services, Department 3603, no later than Friday, December 7, 2001.
