SUBJECT:        Midterm Grade Report

        This semester the mid-term period is the week of October 11-15, 1999.

        Forms for your use in distributing midterm grades are available in Dr.
Jane Harbaugh's office, 108 Race Hall.  You are not required to use this
form, but an adequate supply will be available for your use.  Whatever
format you choose, the grade should be in writing.  It is quite acceptable
to provide the student with his/her grade on a form of your own design.

        Your assistance in carrying out this policy is sincerely appreciated.
