The Department of Education seeks proposal reviewers for the Star School
Program.  The purpose of this program is to encourage improved instruction
in mathematics, science, foreign languages, and other areas such as
literacy skills and vocational education.  Specifically, the program seeks
to serve disadvantaged, illiterate, limited-English proficient, and
disabled students through the use of learning technologies.

Serving as a reviewer not only allows you to network with other respected
professionals in your area of expertise but also provides an opportunity to
become familiar with the grant program, funding priorities, and the grant
review process.
