Dear Concerned and Confused Loyal Mojo Patrons,

I am writing you to clear the air and explain the new changes.

As all of you know, Mojo St Elmo has built a very busy lunch business, so
big in fact, that it has forced our hand in the most recent decisions we've
made.

To back up just a little, in February, we opened a kitchen across the street
to attempt to solve our kitchen and seating crisis (and launch a delivery
service to help pay for the added facility expense). Well, it has been just
short of a nightmare for us to make it work efficiently for either purpose
and ultimately solve our problems.

I am not allowed to make any further modifications to the building we are in
in St Elmo, therefore, I cannot solve my kitchen facility problems. For those
of you who may not be aware of this, we only have 1 refrigerator, 1 sink and
two prep tables in the kitchen and used to cook our meat out back on the
patio. We litterally cannot produce or store the volume of food necessary
to support the restaurant any longer. Even more sadly, much of the revenue
we generate in St Elmo is wasted on our inefficient system.

We were faced with two choices: Close the restaurant or shorten our
operating hours.

Our expansion downtown will solve many of these problems in order to serve
our building customer base.

It disheartens us and makes us feel very anxious to know that there are many
upset and bewildered people in the community. Our goal has always been to
serve and to please and this is why I'm writing you now.

Please pass the word that we have done all we can do to salvage St Elmo. We
hope it can survive on its day business alone so it will NEVER have to
close.

If our landlord ever decides to sell us the building in St Elmo, then we
could add on the kitchen space we need in order to support a day and evening
business.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all of you who have made us the success
we are and ask of you to please try to understand and bear with us through
our transition.

We invite all of you to enjoy our downtown facility in the evenings and
weekends. There is plenty of parking that comes with the building. There
are 30 spaces behind the building for FREE as well as additional parking up
the hill that I also understand is free.

We love you guys!

Warm Regards,

Eve and Tim Williams
Mojo Burrito
