UTCSTAFF: Please be aware that some of the shuttle services in Chattanooga 
are not reliable. They claim to offer regularly scheduled vans to Atlanta
and 
Nashville. But, some only go to and from airports when they have a paid 
customer. Worse case is you cannot make your return shuttle appointment due
to 
your flight being canceled as that happened to me yesterday due to the bomb 
excitement in England. Some shuttle services will only honor your return
trip 
appointment time you made prior to leaving on your trip. So in my case even 
after I called the shuttle company no return transportation shuttle was
provided, and I 
had to make arrangements with another shuttle who was keeping their
announced 
hourly schedule. In closing, I recommend Groome Transportation on Ringgold
Road 
for good service to and from our airports. I hope this keeps some of you
from 
making arrangements with the unreliable shuttle services.
