This coming Monday evening, April 12, from 5 - 7 pm the UTC
Department of Art will host a public reception to honor our students
participating in the Senior Exhibition Group #2.  This show features
Graphic Design majors Kim Brooks, Danielle Cooley, Dusty Crews, and
Charity Myers,  3-D/Sculpture major Joy Tanner,  and Painting &
Drawing majors  Matt Carroll, Kathryn Guy, Angela Dittmar, John
Stone, and Chuck Draper.

The exhibition will remain in the Cress Gallery of Art through April 23.
Gallery hours are 9am - 5 pm Monday thru Friday.

This is another not-to-be-missed exhibition.  Both Group #1 and Group
#2 have mounted installations that were truly unique, visually and
conceptually challenging.

Students in  Group #1, March 29 - April 9,  were Ben Bipes, Crystal
Coffelt, Kirk Fabish, Vanzia lAuangrath, Emily Meehan, Caitlin Palm,
Stacey Palmer, Rich Scallon, Shane Stanberry, Jeremy Miller, Nate
Johnson, and Jeff Germ.  The Cress gallery's first Senior Exhibition
composed of all Graphic Design majors and a wonderful success.
Congratulations to all for such a compelling show.
