Dear Colleagues,

You may have recently received Student Progress Surveys for students
enrolled in your courses. These surveys help student advisors identify
students whose academic work needs improvement and initiate an
intervention to help the student. We sent the surveys earlier this year
in the hope of catching potential problems earlier than later. If you
have not yet had the opportunity to complete the form, please do so and
return them to Angel Ulmer in the Retention and Advisement Office - DEPT
4755.
