Folks,

        We've all heard the story about waiting for the other shoe to drop.  I've
given up waiting for the first shoe to drop - it won't happen thanks to you.

        I've been in and around 8-9 universities, and UTC is the very first to
have consistently pleasant and helpful folks help students and faculty as
we go along.

        Keep up the good work, and thanks.
