Part of the Race Hall renovation involves the replacement of the top tier of
steps at the main center entrance, in addition to all handrails.  Work will
begin this afternoon re.  The contractor will try to maintain access to the
stairwell door on the Hooper side, but there will be times that this may not
allow for safe entry.  The safest route to take while this work is being
done is through the east entrance coming from Patten/Danforth Chapels.
