As a reminder for those of you planning upcoming events, over the summer
in particular, please submit them for inclusion in the online calendar.
The events shown on these calendars are submiited to the local paper for
inclusion on a regular basis.

You can submit your events by going to:
http://www.utc.edu/cgi-bin/webevent.cgi

Select the most appropriate calendar for your event (most probably
belong in Campus Events), for example: click 'Campus Events', then on
the calendar look for the 'Add Event' button on the right side above the
calendar body.

Fill out the requested information being sure to include a Location in
the description area and a contact phone number if additional
information might be needed. If you have a web page related to the
function, include it also, and it can be made part of the calendar.

Please note, several calendars are not open for event submission,
including the Academics Calendar which is a source of official dates
provided to me by administration, and the All UTC Calendar which is
created out of all the other calendars automatically.
